Budgies

Most of my norfolks were trustworthy with the budgies if they were brought up with them, but of course we had to be cautious. Norfolks are terriers, originally bred as ratters and have the instinct to kill small animals. Once "Malla" (Ch Redriff Kangaroo Paw)  killed a beloved budgie. We could not blame her...

This budgie, "Bamse", lived to be sixteen.
