Betsy was two years old when she came to live with us. She quickly settled in and became a great favourite.

Her sire, Ch Ragus Whipcord, was the first black and tan to gain his title and still after 30 years he is the breed´s top stud dog with 17 UK champion progeny.

Her dam was Ch Ragus Brown Sugar. She and Whipcord produced 7 UK champions, a record for a Norfolk bitch.

Betsy had done quite a lot of winning in England as a puppy, winning two Reserve C. C.´s under specialist judges, one being Mrs. Joy Taylor (Nanfan) and many other prizes under all round judges.

Betsy easily won her Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and International titles. She was Best In Show at the Swedish NTC show 1981 under Mrs. S. Monckton (Jericho).

Betsy produced 5 champions in Sweden and two C.C. winners. She became Top Brood Bitch in 1982. We are proud that she is in the pedigrees of very many of the today winners in Sweden and abroad.

She became Best Veteran in Show three times at the Swedish NTC shows.

We lost Betsy at the age of 15 and she gave us so many years of love and happiness. She had the typical friendly Norfolk temperament, busy and lively and so good natured towards other dogs and people.
